Support Options:

  1. E-Mail Support
    Build an in-house knowledge base by submitting your questions via e-mail and receiving instructions electronically or in combination with our Remote Access Support. Send an E-mail Request

  2. Telephone Support
    A Customer Care Agent™ will talk you through any technical difficulties. We provide prompt response, always surpassing the level of support provided by software vendors.

  3. On-Line Support
    A Customer Care Agent™ can access your network and work on your system remotely using secure industry leading software. If you are enrolled in a current Customer Care Program™ and would like to use this option please call our support line or Send an E-mail Request.

  4. On-Site Support
    A Customer Care Agent™ is available for technical support and services at your location. Travel time to on-site support locations are charged at a 50% rate. Send an E-mail Request or call our support line to schedule an appointment.
