The HEAT® forKnowlixFrontline™
integration allows HEAT® users to perform an auto-search in Call Logging,
find the solution using KnowlixFrontline, and then post the solution back to the
Call Record. The enhanced relevancy ranking within KnowlixFrontline is continually
refreshed with daily use of the system. As you search for resolutions, KnowlixFrontline
tracks your search criteria and results.
KnowlixFrontline software is a powerful, easy-to-use
knowledge management product for Help Desks and Customer Support centers. KnowlixFrontline
lets you perform rapid, simultaneous searches of multiple knowledge bases and
receive results ranked by relevance. KnowlixFrontline software integrates seamlessly
with HEAT so you can find answers or create new knowledge without leaving Call
Logging. After entering a customer problem into the Call Record, simply select
“perform search” to search the knowledgebase. The query is then automatically
passed to KnowlixFrontline where a search is performed and results are retrieved
in seconds. You can then select the best solution, post it into your Call Record,
and close the call.
KnowlixAuthor software is a powerful, easy-to-use
knowledge-authoring product for support professionals who are responsible for
deploying and maintaining a knowledgebase. KnowlixAuthor enables knowledge authors
to take newly created support knowledge captured at the frontline, check that
content for duplicates in existing knowledgebases, add graphics, assign access
rights and circulate content for approvals. KnowlixAuthor software is ideal for
maintaining the quality of your internal knowledgebases and for preparing solutions
to share with others outside your organization.
KnowlixBuilder software is a knowledge conversion
tool that makes it easy to collect knowledge from diverse sources and multiple
file formats; then combines the content into a knowledgebase. KnowlixBuilder software
provides multiple file importers to convert documents, Web sites, or collections
of sites into the knowledgebase, while preserving all the relative links within
the site.
KnowlixWeb software lets you give users rich searching and access to knowledge
bases over the Internet with on the fly HTML conversion. Support operations can
manage gigabytes of constantly changing data without the administrative burden
of managing thousands of HTML pages. KnowlixWeb software is available on a Windows
