SalesLogix® CRM software recently garnered the highest customer satisfaction rating in an independent research study conducted by CRMGuru.com, Mangen Research Associates, and High Yield Marketing. The study, titled "Multi-function CRM Software: How Good is It?," was based on the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) rating system. SalesLogix achieved the highest CSI score in the study with a rating of 66.0, topping GoldMine, Onyx, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Pivotal, SAP, and Siebel Systems.

SalesLogix also ranked first in affordable pricing and relative ease of implementation, which is notable since functionality was ranked on a par with far more expensive systems from other CRM vendors.
